Circle of Friends presents The John Byrne Band

The John Byrne Band is led by Dublin native and Philadelphia-based John Byrne. With influences ranging from Tom Waits to Planxty, John's songwriting honors and expands upon the musical and lyrical traditions of his native and adopted homes. John draws inspiration from his love of Americana and Celtic folk music. Both as a solo/acoustic act, and a full 6-piece band, John logs in over 150 shows per year, building a loyal and devoted following. The John Byrne Band has played Riverton's Circle of Friends many times and we are thrilled to have him back in this lovely old world venue. The January 18th concert marks a re-boot of the Circle of Freinds house concert series after a 7 year haitus. A portion of the ticket sales will go toward funding the Riverton Dog Park.
