CIA Arrival Day Meals

Family and friends are invited to join the new CIA students for dinner on arrival day. This meal will be served in The Egg (our student dining hall over looking the beautiful Hudson River) at 5:30 PM.

The student meal is free; however tickets are required for anyone else attending the meal.

Tickets must be purchased online before 11:30pm on Monday August 13, 2018.

No tickets will be available for purchase after the deadline. Please note that guests without tickets will be able to purchase food ala carte at the event location on the day of the event.

In addition to the meal, family and friends are also strongly encouraged to attend, if possible, President Tim Ryan’s Welcome Speech, which is followed by the Toque Ceremony at the Marriott Pavillion on Tuesday August 21, 2018 at 1pm at the Marriott Pavillion. There is no charge for attending this meaningful milestone in your student’s culinary career. No reservations are required for this event.
