Chuao Chocolatier Factory Tour

Join us for a guided tour of Chuao Chocolatier's JOY Factory!  Learn about the chocolate master who started it all.  Taste our top most admired chocolate bars and bonbons.  See where the chocolates are crafted and ready to be shared and cherished with the world.

All attendees MUST wear flat, closed-shoes in order to be admitted to the factory. Those not wearing proper footwear will not be able to fully participate.

Due to health regulations and safety restrictions, chocoholics under the age of 10 are not permitted on the tours. 

Please note that while we do our best to determine what will be produced in our joy factory, there might be instances where production needs to focus on different chocolate pressing matters so the production tour  part will be tailored around their work to give you the best chew-wow experience possible. In the unforeseen event that a joyful machine and/or production is down, we will still continue with our tour and surely find another way to make your tour extra special.
