Please join The Christ Hospital for a Heart Failure Lunch and Learn.The event is designed for RNs and LPNs in skilled facilities and home health, but hospital RNs are welcome. Approved for 4 CEs for RNs and LPNs in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Breakfast and Lunch provided. We will draw for major prizes during the event.
