CHP Applicant Preparation Program

The California Highway Patrol - Coastal Division (Northern Sector) will be conducting Workouts as a part of the Applicant Preparation Program (APP) at the Monterey Area California Highway Patrol Office in Salinas. These workouts are designed to assist individuals prepare for the CHP Physical Abilities Test (PAT) for Cadet, CHP consideration. The duration of each workout is approximately 2 hours respectively. ​Attendees shall wear appropriate workout attire for floor exercises and running. Attendees should bring necessary hydration and food, and note-taking materials. First-time attendees of the APP Workouts are required to print out and complete the Applicant Preparation Program Waiver.pdf, and bring it with them to the workout (See www.chpcareers.com to lookup, download and print the Waiver).
