Chocolate Truffles and Wine Tasting

Please join us for our next education class brought to you by Darcy's Catering, Indian Creek Winery. Hosted by Tending Toes.
Learn to make Chocolate Truffle candy and sip on your favorite wine from Indian Creek.
With this hands-on class you will learn how to melt and mold chocolate, by sampling you will learn the difference in candy melts and chocolate.
We will be making:
~White Chocolate Raspberry filled
~Bourbon Dark Chocolate filled
~ Milk Chocolate Caramel Pecan Pretzel bite.
And, Chocolate covered Coffee Beans!
Each person will take home one dozen candies from class.
Cost is $50 per person, option to opt out of the wine tasting at $44 per person. Please no children.
