Learn to make Chocolate Truffle candy and sip on your favorite wine from Indian Creek.
With this hands-on class you will learn how to melt and mold chocolate, by sampling you will learn the difference in candy melts and chocolate.
We will be making:
~White Chocolate Raspberry filled
~Bourbon Dark Chocolate filled
~ Milk Chocolate Caramel Pecan Pretzel bite.
And, Chocolate covered Coffee Beans!
Each person will take home one dozen candies from class.
Cost is $50 per person, option to opt out of the wine tasting at $44 per person. Please no children.
