In honor of the 5th day of Chinese New Year, we’ve prepared a special 5 course tasting menu to optimize your harmony, blessing, wealth, longevity, and happiness for 2020!!

First Course (Harmony): choice of 1) housemade tofu, poached oyster, xiao sing wine beurre blanc, scallion oil, crispy ginger ($10), or 2) "Buddha over the wall" soup, abalone, dried scallop, fish maw, bamboo pith, sea cucumber ($12)
Second Course (Blessing): Palette Dim Sum Sampler: king crab dumpling, black truffle with squid ink dumpling, lobster siu mai with quail egg ($18)
Third Course (Wealth): choice of 1) Eight Treasure Quail, boneless quail with truffle-infused sticky rice ($26), or 2) Steamed Black Cod stuffed with eggplant, black garlic soy ($26), or 3) Seared A5 Wagyu Steak, braised daikon, beef tendon chips ($60), or 4) Golden Egg Lobster (half), half lobster cooked in golden salted egg ($35)
Fourth Course (Longevity): choice of 1) Vegetarian YiFu Noodles with Chanterelle and exotic wild mushrooms ($18), or 2) Uni YiFu Noodles with dungeness crab meat ($18)
Dessert (Happiness): Lychee Yogurt Mousse, tangerine gelee, matcha cake, ginger caramel ($12)

Dinner Schedule
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm: Dragon Dance. Kicking off the Chinese New Year celebrations with a Dragon Dance. Special guest TBA.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Complimentary reception with Master of Wine (MW), Gus Zhu.
6:30 pm - 7:15 pm: Chef’s demo—dumpling making. Wine introduction by Master of Wine, Gus Zhu.
7:15 pm - 7:30 pm: Guests select menu, and proceed to dining room
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm: Dinner is served
