From sourcing ingredients to perfecting the art of folding (you’ll learn 5 different types of folds!), this class will cover all you need to know to make your own authentic dumplings at home. This cooking class includes generous portions of the dumplings you make with wine pairings and recipes to take home.

What’s included:
One-on-one instruction, 3-course meal including cocktails, use of aprons and all equipment needed to cook and the inside scoop (including recipes) to some of NYC’s best dishes!
What to expect:
Our classes are set up as a 2.5hr hands-on cooking experience where you learn to recreate some of NYC’s best dishes. Small class sizes (max 6 people) mean plenty of time to ask questions and get involved with each step of the preparation. We cook a full 3-course meal with a small group setting in a NYC apartment, and best of all, you eat what you make!
What to bring:
Just bring yourself! We supply aprons, cooking tools, and of course, all the food! Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing and tie back any long hair.
