Children's Health Care Delivery Innovation Lab Meet-Up
These recurring events will help spark innovative thinking across all disciplines at Children's Health.
Join team members from Children's Health and UTSW to kick-off a new series of meet-ups for both clinicians and administrators. These meetings will serve as a structured space for innovators to share their ideas, best practices and case studies as they relate to technology, growth, securing funds and patient needs.
In addition, the goal of these sessions is to foster an environment that supports ideas related to:
- Creating innovative cultures
- Researching technological advancements
- Developing best practices
- Generating interdisciplinary collaboration across departments and teams
- Introducing funding opportunities for research and development
The first meeting will include a short presentation from Dr. Chester Koh, a principal investigator with the Southwest National Pediatric Device Consortium, about funding mechanisms for innovative technology.
A discussion will follow Dr. Koh's presentation about what ideas could be brought to Children's Health to improve treatment options for our patients. This will be an open forum; any and all ideas are welcomed to be shared in this space.
This is an open invitation; all Children's Health team members are encouraged to attend. This event is hosted by the Children's Health Care Delivery Innovation Lab.
