Childbirth Preparation Express (with Tour)

Like our Childbirth Preparation Series, this full-day class will help prepare you for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. You’ll learn about what to expect during your labor and delivery experience including pain management options (both non-medicated comfort measures and medications) and any special situation that may arise such as labor interventions, assisted delivery, and cesarean birth. 

A tour of our Family Maternity Center is also included. This class is led by one of our Labor & Delivery Nurses.

One $130 ticket includes Mom and one support person.
Parking, class materials and refreshments are also included.
