Childbirth Classes (4-Week Series)

Congrats on your pregnancy! With so many changes
happening right now, you likely have a lot of questions as you prepare for your
upcoming delivery. That's why we provide a series of classes to help you
prepare for your bundle(s) of joy. This prenatal class series is offered in 4
consecutive Tuesdays by a registered labor & delivery nurse to prepare
you for welcoming your new arrival with ease. You'll learn about pregnancy,
childbirth and the first few days with baby. The class includes information on
emotions you may experience during pregnancy, health and nutrition, and the
anatomy of pregnancy. Find out what to expect during the labor process
including the signs and stages of labor, pain management options and birthing
information. Postpartum care and an infant care class are also included.
Prenatal classes include a tour of the Maternity Center.
