These simple, rhythmic movements provide benefits including improved balance, strength, flexibility, and maintenance of bone mass. National health organizations, including the Arthritis Foundation, recommend T'ai Chi for pain relief. This class is suitable for both beginners and those with previous T'ai Chi Chih experience.

Sessions are 6 or 7 Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Space is limited to 12 participants.
Session 1: January 8, 15, 22, 29; February 5, 19 (except February 12)
Session 2: March 4, 11, 18, 25; April 15, 22 (except April 1, 8)
Session 3: April 29; May 6, 13, 20, 27; June 3, 10
Session 4: June 17, 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22
Please Note:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
