DiningSociety Chicago and Goose Island are excited to present "Harvest & Beer: A Special Pairing by The Bristol & Goose Island", hosted at The Bristol!
On Monday, November 5, The Bristol will host a special prix-fixe dinner to celebrate the fall harvest! Through perfectly paired dishes, we will be showcasing some of the most sought after beers from Goose Island Beer Co., including a rare, vintage Bourbon County Stout. Reservations are available anytime between 5:30 and 8:30pm, with a menu that will comprise of 4 courses, highlighting farm fresh produce and Bristol-style cuisine. Goose Island and Chef Staton will be on hand to help educate each table on these special beers, their origins, and how they were chosen for each course, all while answering questions diners may have for an intimate and uniquely interactive dining experience. Welcome beer
Starters for the table to share + beer pairing
Pasta for the table to share + beer pairing
Entrees for each individual + beer pairing
Dessert for the table to share + beer pairing

Tickets are for individual sale and account for one reservation. We recommend buying a full table of tickets together, if possible. Everyone at a table must participate in the prix-fixe dinner experience. A maximum of 6 people per table is accepted.

Tickets are $89, inclusive of tax and gratuity, per person.
Wine and cocktails will also be available for a la carte purchasing.
