Every Monday Evening in February:
Experience Chef Allen’s Monday Night Farm-to-Table Dinners at the Arsht! A delicious, 5-course, plant-based meal, created by James Beard award-winning Chef Allen Susser and inspired by the local and seasonal produce of the Monday Farmer’s Market. We use the freshest in-season ingredients because they give us the brightest tasting and nutritious flavors. The dinner is served family-style in order to create a sense of community on the corner 13th Street and Biscayne Blvd surrounded by our local growers’ farmers market.
Each week is a different culinary theme reflecting various culinary techniques and cultural spice boxes to take best advantage of the seasonal variations of ingredients. Dinner is $30 per person + $18 optional wine pairing. Tickets available on Eventbrite. A mouth-watering culinary experience you won’t soon forget.
