This performance is one of nearly 30 throughout the Charlie Parker Celebration! The celebration will be held from August 16 - August 25 all across the Kansas City metro!

Join us as we celebrate the life and legacy of Kansas City native, Charlie “Yardbird” Parker! This 10-day celebration is jam-packed with education sessions, public programs, and music at the greatest jazz venues in Kansas City!

The Charlie Parker Celebration features talented jazz musicians, educators and scholars, alongside our 2018 Artists-in-Residence, Lonnie McFadden and Tivon Pennicott!
