Changing Bad Habits for Good - Dr. David DeRose

Dr. David DeRose will be coming to Central Florida in January and will be presenting at the Apopka SDA church on January 17, at 7:00pm. Dr. DeRose is an Internal Medicine specialist with 30 years of experience in Lifestyle Medicine and is currently heard on some 200 radio or television stations nationwide. He is the author of several books (you may be familiar with the Methuselah Factor or 30 Days to Natural Blood Pressure Control).

Health educator and popular speaker, Dr. DeRose will present Changing Bad Habits for Good and will provide insights to help you conquer your bad habits once and for all. He combines engaging real-life stories with solid scientifically-backed principles to help you successfully address the areas in your life that you know you need to change.

Gain insights that will help you:

· Change the bad habits you now love, yet live an even more enjoyable life.
