This 3 hour workshop is going to guide those who are feeling a bit unsteady (ready to be more connected in their legs), who feel deflated (looking to feel powerful) all the way to finding higher connectedness through techniques taught by Anodea Judith, PhD.
Amy Stephens, instructor of this workshop, is a senior student of Anodea Judith and is going to teach simple techniques to keep grounded, understand how to protect yourself in uncomfortable situations and yet still enjoy "feeling" versus being numb. Sometimes we get overwhelmed in business meetings or in our personal life and we need that additional support to keep us grounded. Amy is here to share all that her mentor has taught her.
IF you are still not sure if this is you, have you been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia or another autoimmune disease?
Do you feel like a sponge and take on other people's ooey gooey emotions and try to fix everything?
Well, this might be the most appropriate workshop in your lifetime.
This is part lecture and part somatic movements - no need for a yoga mat, but you will leave with wonderful tools and a booklet to review from home. Make sure you are dressing in comfortable clothing.
This is a beginner workshop.
