Join us for a FREE gentle chair yoga class led by certified yoga instructor Abhi Dalal. This class is multi-dynamic and includes elements of physical exercise, mindfulness and meditation.
It’s perfect for seniors, those with limited mobility, office workers and yogis who want to experience something new. All poses are modified for sitting in a chair or using a chair for balance.
Please wear comfortable clothes and let your instructor know of any health conditions that are of concern. Drop-ins are welcome.
