This workshop is divided into 2 parts

Chair Tone - intended for those looking to add ways to become active in the sedentary lifestyle. learn moves and ideas that you can do AT HOME with little to no equipment!

Chair Tease - This workshop is intended for those looking to bring out their Sexy Side! Learn Balancing poses, Volumizing flow, and BODY ROLLS! Heels/Footwear Optional. Couples who Sign Up Have the Ability to learn additional Lap dance/Doubles Moves.

In this Workshop we will:

1. Learn about F.A.B.

2. Learn the Points of Contact involving the Chair for Toning/Teasing

3. Learn the conditioning exercises to use on a daily basis even AT HOME.

4. Learn Choreography that focuses on each type of transition and Balance Point.

5. Learn about other Workshop Opportunities offered by Ampyrean Kreative.

6. Enjoy a choreographed performance from the Instructor as well as additional Tricks(lapdance/Doubles) that are offered in a later workshop.

1. How old do you have to be for this workshop?

-Attendees must be 18+

2. Can I bring someone under 18 if I'm a parent or guardian?

-Due to the nature of this event, accompanying of minors is not allowed. This workshop does feature some profanity, provocative body movements, and occasional cat calling and body positive promotion. There will be plenty of other classes and event that your under 18 crowd will be able to attend or even participate in, like juggling for example!

3. what should I wear?

-Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. this workshop will be fitness and dance oriented, so you will need to be able to access your range of motion for many moves. if you plan on getting down and dirty with the best of them, Heels are a great option to use for the 2ND PART of this workshop! your Host will also be using them! otherwise, being barefoot or exercise shoes are welcome. Please no street shoes!! we don't want to mess up the space!

4. Can I bring Friends? My SO?

- While we would love to share this experience with EVERYONE, space is limited in the venue. plus you wouldn't want to give away all your secrets to unlocking your amazing talents, right??

If you happen to sign up with your significant other/s, we do offer additional lap dance/Doubles moves that you can try your hand at. these are provided near the end of the workshop.

5. Will there be photos, or Video?

-We will have time for people to take photos, videos, selfies as well as a chance for a group photo. we'll even give you all the hashtags you could include on your social media!

If at any point you don't want to be involved in the photography process, Just let us know! keep in mind, all photos and videos taken at the event could be used to promote further workshops and give people a chance to see what they could accomplish!
