Offered Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 2:00pm, chair dance is a fast paced, flirtatious fitness style. This class will make you sweat and feel sexy doing it. We mix hip hop and sensual movement with chair manipulation. You will learn how to spin, climb, move, and flip on and with your chair. This is a cardio and body empowerment class.
