Why Attend the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)?

• • During this dynamic two-day course, your instructor will share proven, real-world experiences and techniques for understanding Lean / Agile values, principles, and practices and implementation of Scrum.
  • You will have access to the CSM exam following class and will have 2 attempts to pass. However, don’t worry as our students have a 99% pass rate on the first try!

Course Structure:

• This highly interactive course provides examples with the use of case studies, stories, and examples from some of our Fortune 100, Fortune 5, and Government sector clients/employers.

• There will be numerous exercises including a simulation which provides hands-on experience actually practicing and reinforcing the concepts of Agility.

• For your convenience and added support, an Exam Reference is provided for the CSM exam.

Alexander Brown – Certified Scrum Trainer; Principal, Glaessel Ventures

Alex learned Scrum directly from Scrum creator Jeff Sutherland while he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Owner for Jeff’s company, Scrum Inc. As a Certified Scrum Trainer, Alex developed Scrum Inc’s Agile Leadership, Product Owner, and Scaling Scrum curricula and helped dozens of companies successfully implement Scrum across different industries and product/service contexts. As an independent Certified Scrum Trainer and principal of Glaessel Ventures, Alex Brown helps a broader range of  students and companies understand and implement agile transformations that achieve sustainable success. Alex earned a B.S. and Masters in Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

• All cancellations or date changes must be made at least 10 days prior to the course start date or will be subject to a $150 late-move/cancellation fee.
• No-shows or same day move/cancellations are non-refundable.

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Course is a two-day class. The class starts at 8 AM and ends at 4 PM.
