Scrum Course Overview
This Scrum Master training course will feature case studies, games and interactive exercises that will teach you how to accelerate your Scrum practice. Upon successful completion of this course, you will:

Be prepared to pass the Certified ScrumMaster test (new and revised for 2019)

Be qualified to lead teams in any environment or industry as a Scrum Master

PDU and SEU Credits: This course provides 16 SEUs of the 70 needed for the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification. This course also earns 16 PMI PDUs and 16 needed for the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification and PMP certification.
 
CSM Class Certification
After successful completion of the 2-day Certified ScrumMaster course, students are eligible to take the CSM Assessment Exam online through the Scrum Alliance. The course fee includes the cost of the exam (the link will be emailed to you shortly upon successful completion of class) and a two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance.

Eric Rapin is certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Agile Trainer (CST), an Enterprise Agile Coach and Agile Practice and is an independent consultant through Hyperdrive Agile Leadership. As a technology executive at Salesforce, Adobe, Tableau, and Apple, Eric has led Software Engineering and Quality Engineering organizations including work at Sun Microsystems where he helped develop and test the Java language. His experience includes scaling agile for large technology enterprises and training thousands of professionals on Agile.
 
CSM Class Information

Length: 2-days, with a break for lunch. Light breakfast and morning/afternoon snacks are provided.

Attendance: Instructors expect attendees to participate for the full two days of class and are unable to certify students who miss more than one hour of class. If you anticipate that you may miss more than one hour, please contact your instructor in advance to discuss your situation and determine if rescheduling the class is the best option.

What should I bring to the event?
Everything you will need for class will be provided, so just bring yourself!
Please note: Use of phones and laptops may be used during breaks, but we kindly ask that you refrain from using them while class is in session.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes! You are allowed one transfer, but it must be to the same class type and can only be transferred for the next upcoming class.
 
What is the cancellation policy?
A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time transfer into the next available course. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@hyperdriveagile.com.
