What is the cancellation policy?

We understand schedule conflicts and obligations. Therefore, we will honor full refunds until 14 days prior to the scheduled course start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will not be refunded, but we will apply your full balance toward future courses within 24 months of the original course start date.

Rescheduling your course within 14 days of the event start date may result in up to a $150 transfer fee. Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course.
