In our interactive and hands on Scrum Master Certification course, you will learn the Scrum framework, how to apply Scrum to your projects, and how to navigate the cultural changes necessary to implement Scrum. During the two day course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST™), you will earn 14 PDUs and become a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
In this course, participants will learn how to start executing along with everything necessary for getting started with Scrum. There are very few rules to Scrum so it is important to learn its fundamental principles by experiencing them directly from those who have implemented the best Scrums in the software industry. Participants gain hands-on practice with the release backlog, sprint backlog, the daily Scrum meeting, tracking progress with a burndown charts, Scrum boards, and more. Participants experience the Scrum process through a series of hands on exercises, ranging from Visioning through to Sprint Planning. Note: This course will also include negotiating Scrum in the scope of non-software projects.
Catherine Louis is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST™) with over 20 years of hands-on complex product development experience (including both software and hardware) which allows her to go well beyond delivering a course of just Scrum in theory. You can read more about her here:

After taking the 2-day Certified ScrumMaster course, students are eligible to take the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Assessment Exam through the Scrum Alliance. The CSM test contains 50 multiple-choice questions based on the CSM Learning Objectives, and candidates will have one hour to complete it. The passing score is 74%. Start-Stop times - The course will typically run from 8:30am-5:00pm each day. Please arrive at 8:30am for a continental breakfast, we will start promptly at 9:00am. Lunch will also be provided and served just before noon.
