The Certified Food Protection Manager Certification course is designed to provide educational materials and knowledge through face-to-face instruction. Shayna Dye is the Environmental Health Manager for the Sauk County Health Department and oversees the inspection and licensing program. She is a registered instructor and proctor through ServSafe. An exam will be given at the completion of this course and certificates will be provided to those with a passing exam score.
The registration fee includes book/materials, exam, box lunch, and thermometer.
