In order to celebrate International Day of Run (June 5th) and International Day of Yoga (June 21st) we are rolling out a complimentary Run & Yoga Series. On Sunday mornings throughout June, we will go on a ~3 mile run followed by a savory yoga stretch sesh. Whether you identify as solely a yogi or a runner, by the end of June you will pride yourself as both – or, if you so choose, you are welcome to join in only one or the other!
