Celebrate the Ho-Ho-holiday Season at NEWCITY with a Visit with Santa!

On Saturday, December 14th, Shutterbox will be on site to capture your visit with a complimentary 4x6 print and digital photo. Gather friends and family for a memorable holiday photo!
Through December 22nd on Saturdays and Sundays and Santa and his North Pole Elf will be available from 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. for “Selfies with Santa” inside the NEWCITY lobby.
In the spirit of the holiday, NEWCITY is currently featuring a giant Christmas tree, life-size Snow Globe lounges in the plaza, Rockin’ Around NEWCITY Jingle Walk, Polar Express photo experience and NEWCITY Post where letters to Santa can be mailed.

Pick up an official punch card through December 15 at participating NEWCITY retailers (

) and receive a punch when you complete the requirement listed on the card. Once you have jingled all the way, drop your card in the giant Gift Box in the lobby near escalators for a chance to win a $1500 valued prize. Winner will be announced on December 20th.
Letters to Santa via NEWCITY Post
Get a direct line to Santa Claus using the NEWCITY Post. The time-honored tradition of making a wish is alive at NEWCITY where children can drop off their letters in anticipation of Santa’s flight over Chicago! Final mail pick-up will take place on December 20

Snow Globes at NEWCITY
Chill, gather, get social and be merry as the NEWCITY Plaza gets a polar transformation with the addition of four holiday themed snow globes -Modern Wonderland, Cozy Cabin, Let It Snow and NEWCITY North Pole! Custom decorated, the 12-foot heated snow globes fit up to eight guests and are available to lounge, enjoy food and drink inside or take instagrammable photos.
NEWCITY is an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment complex in the Lincoln Park district of Chicago. Ideal for all ages, NEWCITY features a variety of community events, stores, restaurants, movie theaters and bowling alley.
