Hello! I'm Lynnette, and I'm a food lover, plant-based chef, educator, and founder of the https://www.superfoodschool.com/  Although I don’t do dietary labels, my day-to-day dishes are mostly plant-based. I’ve used my lifelong interest in healthy food to overcome PCOS syndrome and keep me awesome :) I’ve created Superfood School to provide people with delicious options for plant-based meal planning.

ABOUT THIS GATHERING:

Superfood meets CBD at this plant-based lunch hosted by Chef Lynnette, founder of Superfood School. Each month's menu features 4 courses of whole food, plant-based and gluten-free goodness with one course specifically created with CBD from Sunshine CBD.

New to CBD? Never fear! Our sweet and savory menu will leave you satiated, never intoxicated (and only one course will be medicated). CBD has shown proimse to help with mood, sleep, inflammation and pain management. The effects of this proprietary water soluble blend include increased absorption and bioavailability.

Confirmed guests will help choose each month's appetizer and entree selections from our Fall menu as well as receive a sample of Sunshine's water soluble CBD, plus a few other superfood surprises. We'll also have additional information available about the plant power of cannabis and how to incorporate it at home.

Please note dessert will not offer non-medicated versions.
