Cask Tapping

Zipline brewers use fresh ingredients to infuse their cask conditioned ales with unique flavors creating distinctive qualities that are not found in the usual draft line-up. A fresh cask conditioned ale is tapped every Thursday at Beer Lounge, Beer Hall, and Brewery Taproom.
Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized beer which is conditioned and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure. It is served through a hand pump, called a beer engine without the addition of carbon dioxide or chemical preservatives. Cask ale is served in its natural state, extremely fresh and presented unfiltered for remarkable flavor and smooth character.
