Caring for others is the most natural part of our life. Maybe you are a health care professional, an educator, a parent, or a manager. Often the people we know and love, need special help due to the challenges they face in life. Though we start with a good intention sometimes the difficulties we encounter while helping others can lead to feelings of frustration, discouragement, disappointment, or burnt out. In this half-day course we will look at ‘how to care for the caregiver’ so we can avoid these pitfalls and instead keep connected to our good heart.
