Set your new hires up for success in their role within your organization! When you establish a purposeful first 90 days, you are ensuring that your new hire is highly engaged, forming the right habits and ready to help you fulfill the vision you have for your business.

The hiring process begins with the KPA and Career Visioning and continues with 30-60-90 – it doesn’t end on your new hire’s first day. Success Through Others with Patrick Woods-  Day 3 Half Day


In Career Visioning, your focus was on finding the right candidate. In 30-60-90, you discovered how to set up your new hire to thrive. In Success Through Others, you will discover how to pour into your talented team members in order to create opportunities for them so that they can fulfill their own needs. As a result, your business will grow!

When you are committed to succeeding through others, you maximize your retention of amazing talent. And, when you are bringing top talent to your team and taking care of them, they will take care of you!


Objectives:


Learn how to empower your people to build their empire inside of yours


Discover how to align their motivational story to your vision


Leverage key tools such as the GPS and 4-1-1 in order to help set their vision

About Patrick,


Patrick began his journey into real estate in 2002. In addition to serving as a MAPS Leadership coach, he is currently an owner of multiple Keller Williams Realty franchises and Operating Principle of Keller Williams Realty - Elk Grove. He also operates a real estate sales team and travels as a speaker and trainer, primarily teaching Career Visioning, 30-60-90, and Success Through Others. 

 

Previously he served as the CEO and Team Leader of the Roseville office. With over 500 associates, the Roseville office has finished as the #1 Keller Williams office in the world in both 2011 and 2012 out of approximately 700 offices worldwide. In 2014 Patrick and his office reached the pinnacle of selling over $1 Billion worth of real estate in a single year and has repeated this every year since. During his 10 years as a Team Leader Patrick recruited approximately 1,700 associates into Keller Williams Realty. 

 

Prior to working in real estate, Patrick was a “dot-commer” and worked extensively with early-stage and mid-stage corporate ventures, facilitating their growth from garage-based start-ups to enterprise-class service providers. His first business venture, EncodeThis!, raised over $4 million in investment capital and was eventually sold to Nokia. Patrick’s entrepreneurial skills and enthusiasm have been key factors in his real estate success. 

 

Patrick currently resides in Roseville, CA with his wife, Gina and two sons, Jack and Stenn.
