PROMETRIC IS HOSTING A JOB FAIR!

If you are excited about customer service and working with the public, Prometric has the job for you! On July 17th & 18th from 8am - 12:00 pm. Prometric will be hosting a job fair at 1 N. LaSalle, 25th Floor Chicago, IL 60602 in the “Success” conference room to find qualified candidates to join the team as Test Center Administrators.

Test Center Administrators work in a fast-paced, professional setting to ensure the integrity of our testing services by proctoring and controlling the computer based test center environment. This includes greeting candidates, verifying candidate identification, monitoring the examination process and maintaining Prometric policies and guidelines. The Test Center Administrator will uphold Prometric’s standard for integrity by providing clients with a secure and clean testing location that enables our clients to pursue their testing needs in a controlled and comfortable environment. Responsibilities:
• Control test area by maintaining a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures
• Greet examinees and verify identification
• If applicable, collect candidates biometric information (collect fingerprints)
• Monitor candidates as they complete their exam
• Resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor
• Protect security of all computer software in test center environment
• Reboot computer servers and reset passwords when necessary

Experience and Skills Needed:
• High School Diploma required
• One to two years customer service experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public from a position of authority
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operational and maintenance instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Available Shifts:
• The ideal candidate must be flexible during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Schedules are subject to change according to the demand of testing
