Looking for a fun way to spend your Wednesday nights? Come to my new Cardio Party class at Willow Street Dance Theatre! 

Cardio Party is a fun, energizing dance party workout with some of the hottest songs you know and love.  Get ready to sweat and tone your whole body while having a great time!  Similar to Zumba, all fitness levels are welcome and routines are easy to follow.  No R.S.V.P. needed for this party…just come on out and bring a friend!  Your first class is free!
