Your workout should enhance your everyday life. Walking up steps, lifting up your kids (or grandkids), carrying groceries, getting your luggage into the overhead compartment of an airplane, getting up out of a beach chair, bending over to tie your shoes, getting back onto a boat after swimming, putting on one shoe without touching the floor with your bare foot.
