Concerned about climate change? Did you know soil can absorb carbon?

Join us to learn strategies to increase the carbon content of the soils in your yard, garden, or side lot. An interactive presentation delivered by Patrick Crouch, Director of Earthworks Urban Farms will be followed by a collaborative session where you can design and plan your own spaces to help mitigate climate change from your own backyard.

  • This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP.
  • The venue has a surface parking lot, free street parking, bike rack, and is on the #12 Conant bus route.
  • Light refreshments will be served.
