Release and relax through restorative yoga, reiki, and crystal healing. This type of yoga can be a highly effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. Each reclined pose is supported with various props and is designed to encourage an effective release of strain and tension. In this workshop you will experience:
• a crystal healing gift to take with you
• healing assists to help clear blocked energy
• optional essential oils
• relaxing breathing techniques
• allow muscles to open and release without expending energy
