Yin yoga supports lengthening, strengthening and rehabilitating connective tissue; it strengthens the flow of Prana and maintains the health of the meridian system of the body. Yin yoga contributes to the mindfulness necessary for a successful meditation practice. The poses are done while seated or lying down and are held for 3-5 minutes. The practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored. We end the practice with a short meditation.
