Come join in on an evening of relaxing sound bath. A sound bath is a meditation with sound. It is a great way to get rid of your day's or even your week's stress and recharge your energy.

Your brain will be massaged by the vibrations of Crystal Quartz singing bowls, gongs, drums, and many other interesting percussion instruments. 
 
It is a moment for us to give our brain a break. from carrying too much anxiety and worries. While your body relaxes in our comfy legless couches, or lie on our thick 15mm mats.

Let your brain focus on the sounds while you breathe into an alpha state. Try something new. Use your breath to melt away your stress, even if it’s just for one day.  All levels of meditation experience welcome.

FAQs

For meditation, we believe comfort is key!  

You can choose to lay down on our extra thick 15mm mats, or be on our comfy legless couches.  Feel free to bring your own personal throw blanket for extra comfort, otherwise, we will have a light blanket provided too.

AND we welcome... in fact, encourage you to arrive early... to have a moment to slow down, enjoy the ambiance, as well as our high quality organic tea...
