ReWax & UnWine where you create your own signature candles! With tons of fragrances to choose from, you will have the opportunity to infuse your personalized organic coconut natural wax candle with your own unique blend. This is a social, fun event not necessarily a class setting. We want our guest to come, have fun, make candles, drink & connect with friends.
No experience neccessary, this event gives you the creative freedom to customize your own natural scented candle!
Gather your friends, book club, church group, or family and experiment with scent for a crafty and fun experience. This is a wonderful way to celebrate birthday's, girls night out, bachelorette parties or simply take some time to relax and enjoy each others company. You and your guests will enjoy a perfectly scented experience, while you hand pour that special candle, don't forget about BYOB, bring that wine bottle, snacks, and your camera for a uniquely memorable event!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Do I Have To Make Reservations For The reWax & unWine Candle Making Experience?
Yes, please do by booking directly at www.RewaxAndUnwineEvents.com or through Event Brite or call us directly at 646-883-9258 with questions. Space is limited. Please be on time as we will need time for your candle to dry.
What Will I Be Making At The Event?
We proudly offer Organic COCONUT natural wax blend, 8 ounce glass candles. All supplies will be included no need to bring anything... except that BYOB, of course!
How Long Will This Take?
On average - guests spend 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours at reWax & unWine.
The time it takes to develop a personal scent blend varies widely.
Candles require time to "set" before they can be taken home. This will need 30 minutes to 1 hour to set before you can take it home. Most guests hang around the candle studio or grab a bite to eat at one of the yummy restaurants downstairs while their candle sets. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BE BACK BEFORE THE 2 HOUR SESSION IS OVER. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HOLD CANDLES.
What Are Your BYOB Policies?
You are welcome to bring in the beverages of your choice. We will have bottle openers and plastic cups ready!
Please drink responsibly and never drink & drive.
Can I Bring In Snacks & Food?
Sure! You can also have food delivered to the candle studio from many local restaurants. Feel free to ask us for recommendations. But remember all food needs to be delivered before the 2 hour session is over.
What Kind Of Custom Scents Can I Create?
We have tons of fragrance oils to blend with. We will add or change some fragrances seasonally. If we do not have something you are looking for please let us know.
Can I Personalize The Label On My Candle?
Yes! We hope that you make this your own. We have customizable labels to color on. We look forward to seeing your creative names!
