: Join us for a celebration of Jane Austen and a look behind the scenes of "Austen's Pride" - a new musical based on Austen's life and work, premiering at The 5th Ave Theatre this fall.
Description
: Since its publication in 1813, Pride and Prejudice has continued to captivate generations of readers and inspire numerous adaptations and reinterpretations. Through musical performances and interviews with members of the community and the "Austen's Pride" creative team, we will explore the impact that Austen's writing has had throughout history and discuss why her pioneering literary voice continues to resonate with contemporary audiences.
