The Campus Recruiting Forum is the most relevant professional development program for those involved in attracting, engaging, hiring or retaining young talent.
Learn best practices from other organizations, discover new approaches, and engage with leading experts in campus recruiting.
Designed to improve the success of anyone involved in hiring students and new grads from college campuses, the Campus Recruiting Forum is the professional development program to attend.
This year, participants can choose to attend one program, the other, or both.
After great success in Chicago and San Francisco last year, we are again presenting the Fundamentals of Campus Recruiting Certificate Program. As the name suggests, it’s designed to provide everything a campus recruiter needs to know to develop a successful and truly strategic campus recruiting program.
The following day, recruiters of all experience levels can learn all the latest Trends & Best Practices with this entirely new program for 2018. Whether it’s your first time, or you’ve attended many times before, you are certain to learn many new proven strategies and tactics.
Campus Recruiting Fundamentals is America’s only comprehensive training program for professionals wishing to increase their expertise and advance their careers in campus recruiting.
Designed for professionals with less than 5 years experience in campus recruiting, the program covers a broad range of content from building your business case to on-boarding your new hires – and everything in between.
All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program.
This is the “core program” of the Campus Recruiting Forum; it features presentations by experienced campus recruiters, researchers, and campus professionals. A wide range of best practices and innovations will be discussed and participants are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences to ensure their specific challenges are explored.
This day is for everyone involved in hiring students from university and college campuses regardless of experience level. This includes individuals involved in human resources and talent management strategy, campus recruiters, and front-line hiring managers.
No refunds will be provided within three weeks of The Forum. Cancellations three weeks or more before The Forum date will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no cost up to three weeks before the event date.
