The Campus Club program is Clovis Unified School District’s Before and After School Enrichment Program. This program offered through the Child Development Department provides school age children with a wholesome, caring and enriching activities.
The following information is needed to complete the application you will receive at the orientation:
*Child's physician name and phone number
*Enrolling adult's drivers license
*The names and phone numbers of any adults authorized to pick up the child from Campus Club
*Registration fee payable by check or money order $30.00-child/$40.00-family(more than one child)
Applications must be submitted to the Child Development office. Incomplete applications will delay processing.
Please Note: Child supervision is not available during Parent Orientation. Space is limited to the Parent registered to attend; therefore we ask that the parent come without their child(ren). If a parent chooses to bring a child they may be asked to reschedule the appointment. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
