We launched the Girls in Business Initiative in January and it's a hit! Students and parents love the class, so don't miss the Girls in Business Camp Palo Alto 2020. Camp begins with an introduction to basic business principles including strategy, marketing and finance. Each girl will then create her own business and complete the following activities.
Once her business has taken shape our young CEOs will pitch a group of mock investors for the funding to launch her start-up. Limited tickets.
Camp is open to girls ages 10 to 15. Girl Scouts participants will receive a business owner badge or business plan upon completion of the program. The camp day runs from 8am to 3pm. The registration fee includes program materials, snacks and a GIB logo t-shirt. No refunds will be given for camp registration fees unless the organizer cancels or reschedules the session.
