A Workshop for Breast Cancer Survivors & Those in Treatment
Facing Breast Cancer brings along a variety of stresses. This workshop presented by Moving For Life and hosted by the Breast Cancer Options support group explores a variety of options to help calm the nervous system.

Moving the whole body with different rhythms and dynamics all provide support for a healthy bodily response to accumulated stress.
