Join ChefScape for a 90-minute session to design your own masterpiece. Learn about chocolate molds, white chocolate painting, sculpting fruit, making tarts, tortes, puffs, and other delights. This class will feature a combination of sweet and savory signature creations by Chef John for you to taste and bring home to share. Minimum 8 participants needed to kick off class.
Parents are welcome to do this class with their kids!
