Your Business Model is the foundation on which every successful company, tiny or huge, is built. Though you undoubtedly have heard of business plans, business models are more nimble functional tools allowing for testing and changing and used by giant companies (Amazon) and savvy startups to achieve goals. Business plans on the other hand are more lengthy, static and more appropriate for asking for a bank loan or investors. In this workshop you will learn the components of the business model developed specifically for small business owners/entrepreneurs and actually tailor the pieces to leave with your completed business model, a concrete path to your business success.
