Trust plays out on many fields – interpersonal, team, and across companies and customers. In a troubled world, trust has become both vulnerable and valuable, sought after and suspect. It takes risk and courage to give and receive trust. Do people trust that you'll take the action you said you would? Do you trust that a colleague will follow through on a decision? What happens when these trusts are broken or even when you slip-up and lose trust? How do you build, rebuild, and sustain trust?To be trusted, to trust others, and to sustain a shared trust in an organization opens many doors to successful work activities. Problems, decisions, accountabilities, conflicts, risks, opportunities – these will all go better with trust.
