Building Literacy Skills in Children with Autism

Workshop Description: Strategies for a positive and enjoyable reading experience and to reduce frustrations that may occur. Participants will be better equipped with creative ideas to build and promote literacy in children with autism.

Credits Offered: 2 PDs or General Certificate of Completion offered upon request. 

Parking: Street parking is free and available, but please double check the street signs. Parking is also available next door in the building's parking lot, but only in the middle and nowhere along the fence. Additional parking is available across the street in the Bobby E. Wright parking lot. 

Attendees will receive a reminder phone call the week of the training. Please arrive by 10 AM to ensure we can begin the training on time.
