Our meditation meetup now happens weekly except for the second Sunday of the month--when we have our lecture series meetup. Come sit with a small, supportive group. If you usually meditate alone, you ll be surprised by the different energy that comes with group sitting. If you re new to meditation or haven t sat for a while, just ask Gail for a PRIVATE LESSON or a refresher when you walk in. Conversation and questions happen at the beginning and end of the evening. We ll meditate in 15-20 min. sitting periods with 5-10 min. walking periods in between.
