What is your cancellation policy?
Tours will continue as scheduled in light rain, but will be cancelled in heavy rain or inclement weather. Check bryantpark.org for up-to-date tour status, and bring an umbrella if needed!

How large are tour groups?
Tours are capped at 20 participants. Please contact tours@urbanmgt.com if you plan to attend with a group larger than six people.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need!
